Pork chops in a mustard sauce

I'll keep this short and sweet! I made Pork Chops in a mustard sauce (another Nigel Slater recipe) and they turned out fantastic. I've never made pork chops before so I was quite pleased with the results. Plus we had Magnolia cupcakes for dessert! (Sorry those were devoured too quickly for a picture.)
